Description   Motorola Original NNTN7618B: 12V DC vehicle charger for IMPRES batteries. This charge CAN be used with NON-IMPRES batteries; however you will not get the benefit of IMPRES technology using this charger with NON-IMPRES batteries. Ideal for mobile public safety and field work professionals. Capable of charging NiCD NiMH and Li Ion batteries.This durable unit comes with a metal mounting bracket. Its drop-in design makes it ideal for public safety users. Fit: HT750, HT1250, HT1250LS, HT1550XLS, MTX850, MTX8250, MTX8250LS, MTX950, MTX9250, PR860. A microprocessor senses the type of battery installed and controls the rate of charge accordingly. Will charge non-IMPRES batteries too. Batteries can be charged while on the radio or stand alone. The radio can be operated while in the charger and this unit is PAC RT compatible. The vehicular charger consists of a console, mounting hardware, and power cable. The IMPRES compatible vehicular charger has full IMPRES charger to battery communication capability. This ensures continuity of IMPRES battery charge data logging in a vehicular environment, so the IMPRES battery will receive adaptive, automatic reconditioning and will qualify for the 6-month capacity warranty extension. The NNTN7618 vehicular charger supports the HNN4001, HNN4002, and HNN4003 IMPRES batteries.
