This is the second order I've placed with you. The first order had my correct billing and shipping info. There was some confusion on the second order and it had to be re-routed after shipping. I understand this. However, in the future don't put a detailed reason on the receipt with names as to why there was an extra charge. Came across very blaming and finger pointing. As your customer I would ask why you didn't catch the shipping mistake? My shipping info should have been in the order history.
